All orders must be submitted at least 4-6 weeks prior to your event. BY DEFAULT ORDERS ARE PROCESSED BASED UPON YOUR EVENT DATE, and may be delivered up to 1 week before your event. During Peak periods (Christmas, Graduation, Mother's Day, Valentine, Father's Day) orders can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to process , unless or otherwise stated by one of our customer service representatives, please keep this in mind before you submit and pay for your order . If you require your order to be processed by a specific date, please verify with customer service, and if we can facilitate your request, please specify in NOTES or SPECIAL REQUESTS, the date that you will like your order to be ready . Information on orders can not be changed after 24hrs of payment . If you made a mistake on your order please ask for assistance in cancelling and re-submitting the order, as information on your order form goes directly to the processing team. We will not be responsible or liable for mistakes made on your order form when submitting your information. If you require an order to be fixed because of a mistake, this will be considered as a NEW ORDER and you will be required to pay as such. As soon as your order is ready, you will be contacted by our local courier service, delivery fees are calculated based upon your location and is NOT FREE . Orders paid with credit card are processed in US CURRENCY and may incur fees, these fees are directly from the credit card processing agency and are not our fees. Before you checkout with credit card these fees are visible and added to your total before YOU PAY. If you are uncomfortable with such fees, please choose another form of payment. All orders once completed are photographed and published to our Social Media accounts. If you Do Not want your items to be posted before your event date, please specify in notes or special request when submitting your order . If we Do Not receive any special instructions concerning posting of photos, you automatically give us all rights and permission to post all items made. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on personalised items, unless there is an agreement wether written or verbal between our company and client. Management has the right to refuse or cancel orders without notice if we do not think that we are capable of meeting your needs or requirements. In this instance your order will be REFUNDED. Once you submit your order, you verify that you have read, agreed too and accepted our terms and conditions .

Refunds /Return Policy

Because of the nature of our items, Unless damaged in transit, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Management has the right to refuse or cancel any order without notice, if we do not think that we are capable of meeting your needs or requirements. In this instance your order will be REFUNDED. If you paid by credit card and need to be refunded , the total COST OF THE ORDER will be refunded LESS BANK CHARGES , which may have been incurred by the credit card processor , in this case WIPAY when submitting the order.
